If you cannot pay in full, there are payment options available.

Annual Property Tax Deduction for Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons
If you are a homeown that is 65 years or older, or disabled and meet the income limit of $10,000 per year (not including social security), you may be eligible for an annual deduction of $250. For more information, please see the Tax Collector.
Annual Deduction for Veterans
If you are a war veterans, or the unmarried surviving spouse/surviving civil union partners/surviving domestic partners, you may be eligible for an annual deduction of up to $250 on your taxes. Please see the Tax Collector for more information.
PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR DISABLED VETERAN
Full exemption from property taxes on a principal residence for qualifying totally or permanently disabled war veterans and their unmarried surviving spouses/surviving civil union partners/surviving domestic partners. Unmarriied surviving spouses/surviving civil union partners/surviving domestic parners or service persons who died in wartime activity duty may also qualify.
